interesting to see where Shell is at with their Namibia off-shore appraisals. They've gone from 2 B bbl to 200MM bbl...and sent the rig away. They're saying oh we're going to think about it. This does not help pre-drill perceptions for the PCL ground. Does Shell still own a large chunk of Woodside? I recall they were going to take them over a while back.
