Certainly an interesting strategic move by Galp - they are moving quickly. Seems their recent discovery could be on a scale beyond what they can finance themselves into production, and thus sharing the load a little? More generally, Namibia will require massive international investment to bring these last 3 years of discoveries into production - which should not be a problem, but sure will be interesting to see who slides in to pick it up from Galp. I'd say WDS are potentially looking down the barrel of something that could be massive, and again potentially beyond their financial ability to finance into production themselves also (but who knows, I'm just rambling while I sit on my hands and wait).
