If one takes your 35% yield into account then that would bring the value down to approx $0.60 which isn't that far from your 55c . However I have never seen the yield figure used in any projected valuations for any discovery .... maybe it has and I have missed it. I am interested to analyse the share price of Sintana given their low percentage of the share holding of their discoveries. I maybe wrong but they own 40% of Custos(?) which owns 10% of the discoveries. This is a small percentage but their share price is booming. This gives me a strong positive sense of what PCL share price will do if we are lucky enough to strike a mother lode like Venus.
