Regardless of no PCL/PEL87 snippets coming out of the WDS AGM I believe the assessment of getting past the prickly AGM before announcing the farm-in is astute.
Perhaps a week or so from the AGM would be sufficient time to pass before dropping the announcement ?
Prior to the kickoff of the AES starting 14 May ?
