Given time frames and lead times and the size of the prize, i would not be suprised if WDS just tossed the 180 days out the window, and signed up in June/July so they can get a slot with a rig to drill in Q1 25.
On a diferent topic how much cash does SIntana have? Bose seems to have enlarged testicles, but would he/could he buy PCL for the current value of less than US$ 140 million + what ever the permit may be worth undrilled?
