Script offers are complete balls in my opinion, too easily manipulated....the last 2 (NWE and TPD) have been a complete stitch up.
I would be very very wary of any such offer and only looking for complete buy out, cash unconditional....fair price based upon 2 separately verified independent valuations.....then we can talk about unanimous board recommendations!!
The drill bit needs to do the talking before any such events are to be entertained though.
