I brought this up a little while ago, my view has not changed.
I can't see them booking a rig for 1 drill. If they book the boat, it won't be a case of, we'll get you to drill 1 drill and then get a second one if we need later.
The drill operators will want confirmed bookings/timelines or be moving n to the next customer.
