If WDS is going to spring a minimum 2 well program on PCL they...

    If WDS is going to spring a minimum 2 well program on PCL they would be negligent not to give notice in a timely manner. They could of course do what they did for the 3D survey and just act for speed reasons....or do what some of the other majors have done with joint venture partners with a credit line . A two well minimum would be my call.......with a good well definitely, with the Namibian government obviously wanting to see action.
