Some Sunday morning musings....entertain me if you will.
Thoughts on SP rerate following release of 3D report and analysis (with prospective estimate), confirmation of WS farm in, and defined drill program/timelines? Assuming this is all announced in one fell swoop, whats a fair market cap rerate off that? $750M / 9c? I know this largely depends on how good the 3D analysis reads, but lets assume for this exercise multiple targets and circa $10Bbls (mind you if the fan is full, we could blow Mopane out of the deep blue sea! not to mention other taregts out west).
Second question, do we think it will rerate hard quickly and then mostly stabilise in lead up to drill? Maybe a little more run in the week proceeding drill for any late comers?
