True, but PCL is sitting in the Orange basin, on a huge plot, with the potential of billions of barrels of oil. In my view this "penny stock" should be well over 0.03 cents at this point. I believe the lack of information coming from PCL is holding back this stock. Weakness on PCL's part? Who knows.
