That start date was suppose to be around 2 months from the mid Jan announcement. We are now already 2 months behind that date. Then there is the 6 months decision time on top of that. The June July date (seeing that it is from a WDS person) probably is realistic, seeing PCL is at pains to tell us that WDS don't have to wait for 6 months.
I think they must be getting to the stage where they do not have any more data left to analyse. What other excuses can they invent next. I am hoping that they are just pumping an announcement ballon.
