ADNOC is following Qatar Energy with upstream investments in Africa. This is good for Namibia because ADNOC could be one more player as non operator but as a reliable farm in partner with deep pockets for a major oil company, reducing the invested money and reducing the risks.
I guesss and hope Galp wants to go all in in Namibia.
