From all the snippets floating around, both of them obviously have the full set, and we know that they are being analysed independently, which is a very smart thing to do; but as far as Namibia is concerned, nothing has happened without their say so, a bit of show of power I guess.
So from this point of view, I can see that it's possible that WDS can decide a lot less than the six months agreed on. But please PCL, keep us mushrooms in the loop.
