This Rhino DRAFT "Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Report" report of 439 pages plus twelve appendices including an Appendix on "Climate Change Risk Assessment" ffs, was submitted to the Namibian ministry in April 2024 when Rhino already had selected two drilling locations. How long do you think it took to prepare that DRAFT ESIA report? And with the rig just now contracted, drilling is planned to commence in November/December 2024.

Woodside/PCL may not even have selected their drill locations to enable preparation and submission of their DRAFT "Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Report" for the drilling planned in PEL87!

So as other posters have stated many times, as PCL and some of as SEI shareholders, we just have to hurry up and wait.
