My post and the Euroz Hartley table merely confirms his PCL share price estimates for a 40 billion boe in place discovery.
As other posters have pointed out, the sale of 40% of PEL 83 and Mopane will provide an independent 'market value' of the NPV for each barrel of oil equivalent discovered in any surrounding oil field/s in water depths similar to Mopane.
