Whoever will operate and win the price for a 40 billion oil in place ( or bigger) Saturn turbidite will have a better ranking.
I miss the ambitious Qatar Energy, ADNOC and Chinese.
All of them (see ranking, plus the ambitious state owned oil companies) could be suitable candidates taking over PCL in my opinion.
