You're probably right - why state it's availability if booked or contract talks were advanced? Am somewhat disappointed in WDS in this respect also - enquired a year ago with them and was assured that the relevant team stays abreast of rig markets, anticipated schedules, etc. As soon as Shell ann that they were not extending Deepsea Bollsta's contract, WDS should have been all over it imo.
Anyway, we continue to wait.
