Dont see any reason why farmin will take longer than it should and remind that deep see bollista is onlu speculation on this forum.
What me may have discounted is that Senegal is their other lease and there may well be a rig further north awaiting instructions.
For now, it is whispered that farmin is expected June/July and we await drill license which will require that estimates are submitted to the Namibian government so that cant be far either
