We went through this slow approval process with NWE.
One of our posters managed to get an interview with the department official who signed off on the permits.
Our poster managed to spend a significant amount of time with him discussing the process for approvals.
One important point that he was emphatically told was if any company tried to apply political pressure then their application would immediately go to the bottom of the pile.
So a suggestion to contact the Namibian Minister, IMHO, is fraught with danger.
PCL is the permit holder.
Until WDS farms in to PEL87 it is up to PCL to follow up on the permit applications.
