Aaaaaagh, I can't stand it. This slow, incompetent, useless, often-corrupt government service is one of the reasons I left southern africa.
Now, years later, it has caught up to me again - IVZ in a doom spiral waiting for their PPSA - PCL in a nervous snapping waiting-room mood (RR you are not helping here) waiting for their seismic license. - my son's life in Europe in limbo, waiting for a south african confirmation of birth certificate (even although he has subsequent Australian citizenship).
Let is hope there is no black-swan corrupt backroom risk brewing for PCL here.
