First drill is far from free...funded by WDS yes, for a large % of licence.
The points being made is that the drill program being procurred will almost definitely be for a multi drill campaign, so PCLs ability to maximise SH value will be dependent on drill 1 results and we are funded into additional drills....a sell/take out off 1 drill alone would not be ideal, even if it hits the sweet spot.
