There would be quite a few people willing to argue that is what Ian Smith did at NWE to help the takeover bid.
i think most people made decent money on NWE, just like they have so far with PCL. The issue is that there was a lot more upside, but the shareholders were screwed over by the BOD including Ian Smith.
