I would not 'overthink' the current situation - while there is likely lots going on behind the scenes, it's probably fair to say Iain 'may not' be 100% utilized at PCL currently, and hence pursuing the non-exec director role opportunity at WEL . This is also very typical to be on the boards of multiple companies, if you have your director cert. No nothing to worry about.
From a soph or institutional perspective - this fear/uncertainty/doubt that is cast, over a prolonged period of time (which is what we are experiencing) is a great opportunity to pilfer shares. This is a great opportunity to be absorbing weakness (imo), forget about the short term, think about October/Sept onwards. From a TA perspective, we have a near perfect pattern formation, which has occurred time & time again - it was slightly disrupted by the GALP 10b discovery (SP 0.028), but pattern has since fallen back into it's longer term pattern. But again, this is all just squiggles on a screen and pattern matching. Ramblings for the evening. Hold strong, stay long, we're almost there.
