There is nothing legally that says they have to report on test results in a certain amount of time. However, if they do have test results that have been completed they MUST advice the ASX (shareholders) right away as to not do so in in fact illegal. ASX CHAPTER 3.1 Once an entity is or becomes + aware of any + information concerning it that a reasonableperson would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s + securities,the entity must immediately tell ASX that information.
