Great exposure for PCL to Woodside enthusiasts (and others) who perhaps aren't clued in yet to the opportunity to get an extra slice of PEL87 through buying PCL stock at a very low cost ?
However ... until the issue with the seismic sharing license is sorted we have to sit tight and wait.
No doubt there is considerable effort by Woodside being applied to resolve the delay in the approval of the license.
Of that I am sure!
