My question still is, in a likely scenario that we discover oil on 1st drill, why cant a cap raise be done at new share price to fund 2nd drill. I.e @ $1 we only need around 20 mill new shares. @50 cents 40 mill.
25 cents 80 mill. Miniscule new shares.
Guess its going to come down to how much on 1st drill and how big the board can dream.
Pel 87 could be a company maker for our minnow imo
