The sale is for half of Galp's share of the 10 Billion Barrels.
Galp (I think) own 80% so that is 8 Billion Barrels .... they are selling half so that is 4 Billion Barrels .....
US$20 Billion for 4 Billion Barrels is US$5 per barrel in ground price which is what has been quoted here on numerous occasions.
I am surprised that this keeps coming up and having to be reaffirmed.
