It's pretty clear from the bits that PCL have communicated to posters that MME is the
hold up. However, let's just hope that seeing both PCL and WDS both have all the DATA and analysis of the DATA by both parties have been on going from May 2023 to now
(long blxxdy time) They should be able to have everything ready to pounce once MME
put their finger prints on the dotted line.
Better still, let's hope they have certain tentative bookings made as well for a quick start.
