Had a response yesterday - didn't wish to comment on the 3D as AVO analysis is continuing, but noted there would be some new info within the upcoming quarterly. No mention of outstanding signature, but had previously advised within days/weeks a fortnight ago as you note. Will be an interesting couple of weeks' trading imo - the impatient selling vs those accumulating on impending news.
