Apologies in advance for gloomy post On 19th Jan, PCL invisaged that final prestack would commence the 180 day but WDS changed the goal post and requested truncated files buying 2 months During the same ann, It was also mentioned they could begin QI and AVO and yet, 7 months down and we are still months away. Unless i have missed something, They then threw in clause of 3D licence on 30th April, changing goal post yet again WDS have done a great job keeping our SP at these petty levels and not allowed PCL to disclose new insight relating to 3D. If PCL has generated new estimates, this information must be made public prior to any takeover as we all have real money invested here. wonder if PCL have an exit clause to scrap WDS and reopen data room. I am sure we are just crossing T's and dotting I's but disclosure or lack thereof is apparent imo
