i was also of the view early on that WDS were attempting to engineer a blow out of the 6 month timeline - there may well be some of that in there but i have changed my view and i do not think WDS are sitting around waiting for a signature and even though the extra data was asked for we are currently in the time period of 5 -7 months to analyse that amount of data. - i still feel 1-2months minimum yet before WDS if they are not stalling would be ann target sizes in sept october 2024. i feel no signature still in place by then, then that may delay ann further.
i would not expect PCL have any outclause worth wanting to know about - ie lack of expenditure by WDS, not keeping tenement in good standing etc etc.
this was a big survey - lots of data - and i hope WDS not stuffing us around - in the old days i would say yes, but the speed on the pcl JV and acquisition of seismic was great and reflected i believe the BHP contingent now housed within WDS.
hang in there all - but gee someone thrashing sp atm - big seller
