Completely agree that sp nowhere near reflective of where it could potentially go.
I.e If our 20% stake was in Galp right next door, our share price would currently value upward 50 cents US.
PCL is well oversold at 2.1 imo.
As for oppies, i have been watching trade screen for some time and see orders that only insto's can trade.
