Crazych, Galp's results do indeed matter. It's a different play, yes, but the source rock is the same. It would be comforting to hear of oil shows at the very least in a PEL83 well as this would help to reduce some of the risk on source rock maturity and charge potential in an area closer to PEL87 than the Shell and Total discoveries.
BTW, Galp have contracted a rig for 2+1 wells in Namibia. They have a variety of plays, including slope channels and fans, similar to what is understood of Graff, so it is almost certain that at least one of these will be drilled. I have not heard that Galp's main target being the carbonate play. Are you able to share where you got that information from?
