i think you have missed the point.. what exactly is this ( stuck between a rock and hard place?) How did getting into this position actually happen/and for what reason that updated information hasn't been released as previously stated.. as phx myself and others have appreciated/thanked you for your time in contacting Iain the response that you were given isnt really good enough imo... we need updates as was previously stated and why the permit hasnt been signed off... im aware that the board was replaced and a new board was starting so how about an announcement with all this info and a timeline as such... im sure that they would have been given one.. you dont submit paperwork without been given a time frame for completion. Just doesn't make sense to me.
