Don't tell shareholders you will be providing regular updates if you have no intention/no fare well that you're restricted in doing so given WDS NDA or not wanting to ruffle MME feathers.....both of which I don't buy.....there are still plenty of updates (even non price sensitive) that mgmt could make....even if they are mere gestures...pull you're finger out and give a non price sensitive update
