Of course its right. The market is only acting accordingly. The 3D scan was finished a year ago and we have heard absolutely nothing.....ZILCH! Seriously, the PCL team has watched their (OUR) stock drop by 30% in 90 days and it is all because they refuse to update the shareholders. I have another 100k in the wings waiting to invest in PCL hence an announcement, but at this point I will invest somewhere else. The management team of PCL could not even be compared to a businessman's A-hole!
