I have thought of the same thing. And it could very well be the reason why PCL is pretty quiet about the whole thing. The only thing that contradicts that is the conversion and sale by Vesna, but then that's only a fraction of the conversion that was sold.
With my experience in FAR, I really am not happy to be involved with them again and PCL with all the good results around them, could very well have a much better deal. This would have made the wait worthwhile.
The Quarterly will be out in another 7 days and news would have to be announced before then to get in the Quarterly. Smith did say there will be news in the Quarterly. So....
But then, they did say something similar back in Feb.
