well it has been my experience that should a sig seller want out the management and board attempt to find a home for the shares at a reasonable price so mkt not thrashed - well either they have not been successful, the seller couldnt care, or they didnt try?? - if it is inside info u would imagine this is too obvious - a please explain if a bad ann comes out in coming days.
one has to hope this is truely a seller who needs cash - however the last CR etc means they are still in profit at these levels had they participated??
