Bet Woodside are miles ahead wth their analysis.
Remember that PCL 's objective with this expense is to keep our potential partner from swallowing us whole at a bargain price.
As for Woodside, a massive restructure in business and new cashflow opportunities seemingly priority and keeping them busy.
Great to have clarification however, that Woodside can commit at anytime.
Iian did also mention that partners are due for catchup so maybe news will come sooner rather than later
