Can someone please explain to me what this particular MME license permits? It permits WDS to utilise the 3D seismic data? Data which they already have access to and are analysing?? Am I missing something? Once this license is granted, does the JV then have to submit another separate license for a drill program I assume? Forgive my ignorance, just a bit confused as to the specific purpose of this license!!
