With PCL, perhaps never because of some risks. For example, when the permeability respectively porosity are too small, or when the viscosity of the oil in the reservoir is too high or when the water saturation is too high in the Saturn turbidite sedimentary fan or when PCL gets screwed.
On the other hand, it is the best jackpot dream I ever had compared to other small E&P companies I have ever invested in. The numbers of this chance in a successful case could be mind boggling. For example:
40 billion bbl x 4 US$ = 160 billion US$ or a value/price of 32 billion US$ for PCL ( or about 4 US$/PCL share).
