\What do you mean by "that we still don't have the 3D results"?? PCl has had the data for months and have an interpretation and are are proceeding with AVO work... I have no idea what the 'icense' is other than that the NAMCOR needs to approve PCL to permit WDS to possess, rater than babysit the data belonging to the 3D. perhaps someone can clear this up.. there seems to be no mention of the concept of a "seismic license" in the Namibian peetroleum exploration regulations
