That does not really describe this situation, this is not a data room. I would have thought the legalities of the transaction would have covered by a Farmout Agreement, which would usually then be "Registered" with the designated authority, which would enable the work carried out by WDS to be recorded as part of the commitment to explore and spend money on the permit. As well as enable the permit holders to be updated.
