I'd say pretty close to zero, WDS have been keeping very quiet on this project all the way along. What would be the benefit to WDS? They have no beneficial interest in the permit.
Any statement regarding the farmin would need to be released simultaneously by WDS and PCL and given the time difference between Windhoek and eastern Australia how would that work ?
