Agree - James Parr will just be big noting himself to try and appear relevant (don't know how when WDS are not yet fully committed).
Iain also suggested that he doubts if any announcement would come from the conference as that is not how WDS operate. What will be good is all parties involved in PEL 87 will be there so a good opportunity to wine, dine and 69 as they say....
