Up 20% today. Surely WDS has to make an announcement prior to the 22nd. Not sure if WDS would have much to contribute otherwise. I still think WDS will offload about 30% before they drill. They are conservative and will likely share the drilling risk with a major (most likely ExxonMobil given experience and contacts of our CEO ) . I'd be surprised if WDS are the operator .Hoping PCL will finish the week over 2 cents and more if we do get that long awaited announcement.
