I know we have debated this number to death, I am in agreeance with you here.
For example, if I were to illustrate the same situation, I might say, "it is gigantic,
huge, world class, or if I really want to give it some number, I might say it is a multi billion field or just in excess of a billion", but 40?
I like to know what he said after his realisation of saying it (and microphone covered up of course). Probably should not have let that out!
