Let's not forget what PCL said also, back in Feb. Basically expectation of news in 2 months and progressive reports meanwhile.
Well, we got a Q and A in August; and my take from that is probably news in 6-8 weeks.
We do have a lot of implicit news though, but mostly from the other oilers in the area.
