Political goals in a 3rd world country? They want the monet ! If they cant have the monet the political elite want to be able to access the cash, advisory agencies, facilitation fees, intrfastructure levies... Name one african country ( as opposed to the ruling classes) that has done well from soverign wealth !!! Sad but true. The confernece is just anothe rexample of the skimming machine... We just need to get rewarded for our persistence and faclititating the 3D.
