It does get confusing to be honest. I do realize that any company can be bought straight up, but there seems to be many rules that need to be followed if you are going to buy any ASX listed company. That being said, the point I was trying to get across was that WE have the power to say yea or nay to any offer if we deem to be unfair as we, the average investors, are the largest stock holders in PCL.
